Business Meeting

Once again it’s time to sharpen your focus on industry practices and the regulation of alcoholic beverages. An annual examination is a best practice and you’re sure to pass with flying colors by attending the NCSLA annual meeting in June! Just like a routine vision check is a pro-active and important measure for your health, the same is true for re-evaluating beverage alcohol laws and regulations in conjunction with public policies relating to health and safety, and consumer demands of convenience, innovation, and technology. With many of the pandemic emergency measures being made permanent, we are seeing changes in the way alcohol is viewed in society. This in turn is leading to significant shifts in the way policy makers consider how alcohol should best be regulated.

Join us for this year’s business program, titled “Blurred Lines in the Age of Alcohol Innovation.” We’ll examine the recent innovation and growth of RTDs in the marketplace, discuss the impact of distribution channels, and potential break down of important safeguards in the industry. Other timely topics include: alcohol beverage labeling lawsuits, the variations of U.S. alcohol delivery laws, enforcement strategies for alcohol home delivery, intersection of alcohol beverage and cannabis, a legal update of the year’s influential court cases, plus an ethics session and much more! NCSLA is your reliable source for strategic regulatory planning and sharing of best practices in these changing times. You won’t want to miss this educational event.
