Conference Information

The bright lights and beautiful white beaches await you in Atlantic City, New Jersey! This incredibly vibrant city is riding an all-time high thanks to the opening of two new casinos and hotels, exciting new entertainment venues and a refreshed historic Steel Pier! It is the perfect location for the NCSLA Northern/Southern Regional Conference, as the theme of this year is "These Times, They are A-Changing": The 21st Amendment in the 21st. Century. As Atlantic City evolves and changes with the times, so is the area of alcohol regulation throughout the United States. Our business agenda will include a number of very topical issues such as: APPs, Bitcoin and the Tech Factor; Bringing the Regulator and the Regulated together to find common ground and solutions to issues; How the rise of opioids and human trafficking are affecting the alcohol industry; The Rise in the US Craft Industry and its impact; Issues & Enforcement of Direct-to-Consumer Alcohol Shipments; and more! To view the entire business agenda and partial list of alcohol beverage experts serving as presenters, just click on the links below.

And when in Atlantic City, you have to Do AC!. Your time away from the panels can be spent relaxing poolside at the Borgata, taking advantage of the Day Spa or trying your luck at the Casino. Moments away from the Conference location are unparalleled dining, shopping and entertainment choices, from the many Casinos lining the Boardwalk to the Steel Pier, Playground Pier and Tangier outlets! There are a variety of beach-side restaurants to relax at while gazing at the Atlantic Ocean, and just because it is September does not mean the sand isn’t warm between your toes. You may decide that stretching out on the beach to bask in the sights and sounds around you are what you crave at that moment…..

So, get your suitcases packed and set your calendar to “busy," then come meet us that week in Atlantic City!
